  3. Contractors love us and we love good contractors. This opportunity opens up projects that can lead to many more on a recurring basis. This also takes a specific kind of contractor that understands rehabilitation projects that will be re-sold for a profit. The scope is often directed in two areas, one for resale of residential property, and the other for multi-family properties. We provide a list of the range of materials that are normally used for the specific project and rely on quality contractors to work their magic.
